How long does it take to build our platform?
Most platforms go live in 6–12 weeks from kick-off. We work in short cycles so you see screens running on your data within the first fortnight, not at the end of a six-month waterfall.
What about data security?
Your platform is hosted on enterprise infrastructure (Supabase / AWS), with row-level security, encrypted at rest and in transit, and full activity logging. We can run on your subdomain, with SSO if you need it. Happy to walk through our security posture on the call.
What if we want to leave?
You own your data, full stop. Full export anytime in standard formats (CSV, JSON, SQL dump). No hostage situations, no exit fees, no proprietary formats. The schema is documented so any developer can pick it up.
Do you replace Yardi / MRI / Argus / Re-Leased?
For most of our clients, yes — we replace the front-of-house workflow tools entirely. If you have a specialist accounting or fund-admin system you want to keep, we'll integrate with it rather than replace it. We're flexible.
What happens to our existing spreadsheets?
We ingest them as part of onboarding. If your team prefers to keep working in Excel for some workflows, we can run a two-way sync so changes flow both ways. Plenty of firms never fully leave their workbooks — that's fine.
Who actually builds and supports the platform?
A small UK engineering team. You get a named lead engineer and a single point of contact — not a ticket queue. If you need a change, you ask. We don't run a roadmap of other firms' priorities.
